Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. The raffle/prize drawing is open nationwide to such eligible residents.

Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members of each are not eligible.

Void where prohibited by law. Sponsor is responsible for completing any registrations, bonding, or filings required for prizes of this value. Where such requirements have not been satisfied, the Giveaway is void in those jurisdictions.

The Giveaway operates on a six-month drawing cycle. The next scheduled drawing is on or about March 31, 2027, for eligible entries received during the then-current entry period.

Subsequent drawings will be held approximately every six (6) months thereafter, on dates announced at dentist20k.vercel.app. Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device.

Method A — Free consultation signup (online)

Visit dentist20k.vercel.app during an entry period and complete the free consultation signup form with all required information. Upon successful submission you will receive one (1) unique raffle ticket number. Limit: one (1) entry per person per free consultation signup / completed consultation cycle as determined by Sponsor.

Consultation location: Free consultations associated with this method of entry are conducted in-person at Bell Dental Care, 16108 Bellflower Boulevard, Bellflower, CA 90706. Eligible persons may submit the online form from anywhere in the U.S.; fulfilling the free consultation takes place at that location.

Method B — Alternate means of entry (AMOE) / mail-in (no purchase / no travel required)

To enter without scheduling or attending a consultation, hand-print your full name, street address, city, state, ZIP, email, phone, date of birth (to verify 18+), and the words “Dentist20K Giveaway Entry” on a 3"×5" card, and mail it in a standard envelope with first-class postage to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by the last day of the applicable entry period and received within seven (7) days thereafter. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per outer envelope. Each valid mail-in earns one (1) raffle ticket / entry.

No purchase necessary. A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning. Travel to Bellflower is not required to enter via Method B.

One (1) Grand Prize per drawing period. Winner chooses one of the following:

• Option A: Up to Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000) in dental work / treatment credit at Bell Dental Care, Bellflower, CA (ARV: up to $20,000). Treatment must be clinically appropriate; scheduling subject to practice availability. Credit has no cash value for unused portion except as required by law.
• Option B: Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000) cash (ARV: $5,000).

Total ARV of Grand Prize: up to $20,000 (if Option A selected) or $5,000 (if Option B selected). Winner may not receive both options. Prize is non-transferable except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. No substitution except by Sponsor, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any expenses not expressly included.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the applicable drawing period. Approximate odds equal one (1) divided by the number of eligible entries for that period. Official odds cannot be determined in advance.

Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries for the period, on or about the announced drawing date, under Sponsor’s supervision.

Potential winners will be notified by email and/or telephone using the contact information provided within approximately seven (7) days of the drawing. Potential winners may be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility / Liability & Publicity Release (where lawful) and provide valid government-issued ID and tax information (e.g., W-9) within a stated deadline (typically ten (10) days).

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond or return documents timely, is ineligible, or forfeits the prize, Sponsor may select an alternate winner in a subsequent random drawing from remaining eligible entries.

By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries; or for hardware, software, network, or human error that may occur in connection with the Giveaway.

Except where prohibited, participation constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, and hometown for promotional purposes without further compensation.

Information collected from entrants is subject to the Privacy Policy on this page and is used to administer the Giveaway, schedule consultations at Bell Dental Care, and contact winners.

Except where prohibited, disputes arising out of this Giveaway shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action, and governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue shall lie in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, unless otherwise required by law.

For a winners list (available after the drawing and award), send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Sponsor at the address above with the note “Dentist20K Winners List — [drawing date],” within sixty (60) days after the drawing.
